Join us in a calm, quiet environment with minimal distractions (okay, we admit the cats might be a little distracting), and learn how to still the mind through guided meditation.
Meditation provides many health benefits including stress relief, decreased blood pressure and reducing symptoms of anxiety. Who better to learn and practice meditation with than our furry zen masters!
45 minutes guided meditation followed by 45 minutes down time with the cats.
