Just a few important things before you book…

We are often fully booked and may not have space if you turn up without one.

We require 24 hours notice to reschedule or refund a booking.

Groups of seven or more people make up more than half of a normal session, which isn’t fair on the remaining customers.
The cost for this is $280 on weekends / school holidays and $220 on weekdays. This includes a $60 food and drinks credit.
Please note that we can not accomodate groups with more than four children.

The adult must be 18 or older. Do not book children in by themselves, if they turn up without an adult we won’t be able to let them through.
Parents / caregivers must stay with children if they move around the room and intervene if necessary.
Children under 5 are not able to visit the cats. This includes babies.

We urge parents and caregivers to think about whether their child(ren) will be suitable in the calm, quiet and relaxing environment we have created for our cats and other customers. If you are not happy with our expectations regarding children, please do not visit.

Our system will only allow you to book up to two children at a time, regardless of the number of adults. If you want to bring more than two children please contact us and we will let you know if it’s possible. Our max number of children in a booking is four.

1pm is Low Sensory; minimal talking and movement.
2pm is a regular session, just no children.
Groups that arrive for these sessions with children under 15 will not be allowed in.

Cats are usually most active in the mornings so this is the best time to bring children, especially younger children. They are sleepiest in the middle of the day and often perk back up during our 4pm session.

Press the orange button in your confirmation email, or call us, up to 24 hours prior to your booking. After this cancellations will not receive a refund.

We have standard cafe drinks and some sweet treats available to purchase. Your booking payment does not include any food or drink, this is paid for separately.
Deals and PRIVATE BOOKINGS
🧑🎓 Student Deal: Valid weekdays for tertiary students only. $12 entries with valid student ID. Use code ‘POORSTUDENT’. *
👥 2-FOR-1 Thursdays: Bring a friend for free on Thursdays, use code ‘2FOR1’ when booking. Not valid during school holidays. *
➡️ Subsequent Sessions: Valid weekdays only, excludes school holidays. After one full price booking, you can stay longer for $9 per extra hour, pending availability. Mention this deal at the time to get the discount. Cannot be pre-booked.
🏠 Book a Private Session: If you are bringing 7 or more people you must book out the session. Please email us to arrange this. Please note that we can not accomodate groups with more than four children.
